Healthy Appetite is Gordon Ramsay's tenth cookbook and follows the success of Gordon Ramsay's Fast Food (published by Quadrille, May 2007). With his unique style, energy and enthusiasm, Gordon shows readers how to prepare an extensive array of dishes that not only taste great but are packed with fresh, nutritious ingredients cooked in a healthy way. Healthy Appetite takes its inspiration from the latest series of the hit television show The F Word.

Gordon Ramsay, marathon runner and keen advocate of a varied but balanced diet, presents 100 recipes which will help contribute towards an overall healthy lifestyle. Gordon rejects the idea that healthy food should be dull and monotonous and instead demonstrates recipes which are both delicious and easy to prepare.
